Success Stories

I’m coming up to my one year mark with Lion and Luxe and I couldn’t be happier!

I signed up to have guidance and the proper knowledge to train for bodybuilding competitions in the safest, healthiest way. I do indeed get all that and more.

Brent Bareham has been absolutely amazing through every step along the way. I have also experienced the best massages I have ever had from their in house massage therapist Andrea!

I would absolutely recommend Lion and Luxe for any level of improving your fitness journey.

        • Believing in yourself is an integral part of motivation and success!
If you proceed into life with the mindset that you can't do something - you won't. Not because you aren't capable, but because you've convinced yourself you can't achieve it.
Your mind is a powerful place. Make sure you're using it to support yourself instead letting negative thoughts undermine your progress.
        • The only way to climb a staircase is to start with the first step - the same is true for any changes in life. Waiting around because the journey looks long is not going to do anything for you.
Take this Monday to take one step towards something you want - even if it's just the tiniest little step.
This first step is always the hardest!
Once you begin, the momentum of that initial motivation will help keep you on track.

High Intensity Interval Training is designed to push you to your max while exercising. Each exercise burst is typically designed to range from 20-90 seconds, followed by a period of recovery time.

        • Do you know why so many healthy eating ventures and lifestyle changes tend to fail?
The missing ingredients in many of these plans are accountability and adherence.

We all know the things that we should (or shouldn't) be doing. We know that fresh foods are better than fast food. We know that getting off the couch is healthier than binge watching our favorite shows... for the fourth time.

Ultimately, we must answer to ourselves.

However, when it comes to self improvement, accountability to oneself may not always be enough.

So how do we get around our own habits and help make these changes more easily?

The trick is to involve others! And it's backed by science!
