FOUNDATIONS YOGA

Foundational class designed for students looking to focus on alignment and form. Practice meditative techniques and learn about body anatomy, leaving you feeling smarter, more peaceful, and centered. Ideal for beginners or those looking to learn more about specific yoga poses.

OPEN LEVEL VINYASA

This particular class focuses on alignment and breath awareness for peace of mind and functional movement. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

POWER VINYASA

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. In this class you’ll develop strength, stamina, and focus in this dynamic and powerful flow-based class. Prior yoga experience recommended.

GENTLE YOGA & MINDFULLNESS

Practice  a slower flow in this more gentle style class. Great for all levels.
